DISPENSARY & GROWING POSITIONS:
Patient Service Advisor
High Mountain Cannabis by Ponderosa is looking for motivated individuals for our fast-paced cannabis dispensary. A successful patient service advisor is passionate about helping others and excited to educate and guide customers to find the best products to fit their needs. Candidates must have exceptional customer service
skills and a professional demeanor. As the direct interface with customers, the patient service advisor must create a memorable experience that builds loyalty and trust with High Mountain Cannabis by Ponderosa.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Must be at least 21 years old
– Qualified to obtain AZDHS Facility Agent Card (no felony)
– Physical and mental stamina to maintain professional public relations and interactions at all
times.
– Friendly, kind, outgoing attitude. Able to converse with people of all walks of life and make customers feel comfortable at all times.
– Flexibility in scheduling
– Attention to cleanliness and detail
– Exceptional communication and organizational skills
– Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
– Point of Sale system experience preferred
– Frequent bending, stooping, turning and lifting to accomplish tasks routinely completed in an office setting. Includes frequent repetitive motions of hands, wrists, arms, neck, and torso.

Trimmer
High Mountain Cannabis by Ponderosa is committed to providing the state of AZ with a reputable and exemplary source of mountain-grown cannabis. We are looking for proactive, driven individuals to join our phenomenal team of trimmers in processing our high-quality flower grown locally in Flagstaff. Trimmers should have an eye for detail and quality while applying speed and accuracy to their daily duties.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– Qualified to obtain an AZDHS Facility Agent card (no felony)
– Able to stay stationary 2-3 hours at a time
– Self-motivated and able to stay focused on the task at hand
– Attention to cleanliness and detail
– Good hand dexterity
– Must be timely and trustworthy

Cultivation Assistant
High Mountain Cannabis by Ponderosa is committed to providing the state of AZ with a reputable and exemplary source of mountain-grown cannabis. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for plants, an excellent work ethic, and solid communication skills to join our team of highly trained cultivation
assistants. Candidates should be interested in learning our system of growing and implementing our techniques to cultivate the cleanest, highest-quality cannabis.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– Qualified to obtain an AZDHS Facility Agent card (no felony)
– Biology, Botany or Horticulture experience preferred
– Ability to multitask, maintain a high level of sanitation and work efficiently
– Effective communicator
– Must be timely and trustworthy
– Weekend and holiday availability
– Able to lift at least 50 pounds and be comfortable getting dirty
